Nkosuohene (Development Chief) of Toase Sub-traditional area, scholar, board member of Toase Senior High School. Dr. Osei-Twumasi graduated with BSc degree in Physics and Mathematics from University of Ghana, Legon; Post-Graduate Diploma in Hydrology from University of Nairobi, Kenya; MSc degree in Environmental Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana and a PhD in Civil Engineering, Cardiff University, UK.

He has extensive work experience in academia. Expert in hydrodynamic and solute transport processes, modelling in both groundwater and surface water systems using computational and physical modelling approaches. Recently retired as an engineering lecturer from Kumasi Technical University. He has over a decade Experience in Community and Development.

Nana Sarfo-Adu is a visionary and a strong believer in progressive community development. After many years in the U.S. and periodic visits to Ghana, he knew he could be more successful home than abroad. He anticipated that one day he’ll move back home and run his own business to create jobs and contribute to community building.

He moved back to Ghana in 2017 to establish Nasarf17 Ventures with Nasarf Supermarket as a subsidiary. NaSarf17 is headquartered in Toase. He dually live in the USA and Ghana. He studied Computer science in the USA and worked with the New York Hospital, Intel Corporation and Covenent Security at Delaware Oil Refinery.

Mr. Attakora Manu

Mr. Attakora Manu is a banker with over 23 years of banking experience. He was recruited on May, 1998 in the capacity as an Accounts Clerk with Diploma in Business Studies Accounting. He served Atwima Mponua Rural Bank (our bank)for over 5 years and later joined Garden City Savings and Loans, now(Multicredit) where he served in various capacities. After 6 years of faithful service, he came back to Atwima Mponua Rural Bank in the year 2009 as Credit Officer. After one year of dedication to hardwork he was promoted to serve in the Management level as Head of Microfinance with BSc. Admin (Accounting). I am currently Deputy Recovery Head- Microfinance with MSc in Accounting and Finance.

Ernest Opoku Mensah, MBA

Ernest Opoku Mensah, a native of Toase. He completed University of Cape Coast with Bachelor of Education in Economics and Geography. He went on to University of Education, Winneba (Kumasi campus) for MBA in Finance. He is currently the Toase elected representative in the Atwima Nyabiagya Municipal Assembly and a full time teacher in Economics at Toase Senior High School.

He was born and raised, and completed his primary and secondary education in Toase. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Finance from Southern University in China. He is a married man.
